A small update - I kind of made predictions about the AML final and updated the squad rankings I made a couple of weeks back for the squads which have been eliminated.
A special feature for this week. I was stationed on the Assassins-freq in the third match of the Probowl - I, since I am so smart, logged throughout the match and now all of us AML newbies can see how the very best of the best in Online Asteroids world communicate within the team (in plain text).. link.

Another year, another set of predictions! It's 2005 and it's playoff time in AML! I wrote some predictions and this season's playoffs look to be extremely interesting.
Give me a couple of days and I'll do squad rankings too.
By the way, check this out. Some old AML stats I made for my site, around the summer of 2001. The squads and nicknames we see in the list bring back a lot of memories, don't they? I think these are the stats from rounds 1-4 from season five of the Premier league AML.

A stellar 11-0 last week without a single matched score. Too bad it was such an easy round to predict, only the Llamasery vs. Disavowed match was a tough call and this time I got the guess right.
And that brings us to round twelve and suprisingly, I managed to get predictions up in two consecutive weeks! Is this a sign of something great or just too much time at work? This round does look a bit lopsided.. but maybe we'll see some interesting upsets? I'm thinking about writing some squad rankings, but don't know if this is The Week to write 'em. Maybe right before the seeding rounds could be a better time?
(Interesting?) fact: After eleven rounds of Online Asteroids league, the amount of MasterRater predictions gone wrong because of StarFire Elite: 44.
And for a little bit of (old) humour to wrap things up, check out The Elite Traffic Flash. It's rather old and some of you might remember me posting it on the old ss.nu Pro board, but it's fun to watch every now and then. I especially like the sound effects.
By the way, I came across this when surfing the net at work. It's DragonWings's Pro season with the 1-5 record. And everyone who's been reading the trivia thread on the AML board can clearly see who MVP:ed in the win. Such great memories!

My round eight record was 8-3 if anyone cares. I told y'all that Liquid Inc. would beat Wisdom Academy! 18-2 on MasterRater for Wisdom Academy and good ol' Maulie predicted the upset right for once!
This weekend we have round eleven and, of course, I did some predictions, mostly just to get a cheap shot at fck it.
For this week's dose of humour, check out Sleepy Japanese People. No log-byte this time, couldn't find anything funny in a short amount of time.

Another year, another season. It's been roughly five months since I last did something with this site, but now as I'm making a comeback to AML, I'll return to being the elite predictor too. I had a spectacular preseason, not showing for our first two matches and then benching against ElementalForces to score a solid 0. 0:0, 0 (matches. record, MVPs) preseason record. Maybe I'll actually get some playing time when the season begins and I'll be able to report those good 0:3's again.
Enough with the "I'm back" (tm) -routine. I did the usual "after preseason" squad rankings. If you click the links in the left menu, you'll eventually find them. Also cleaned up all the old stuff from last season and placed it in to the good ol' archives.
And all you faithful fans know that I'll post some log-bytes in the end. This week we're featuring Vega22, Shiny and some other random newbies...

(6.7.2003) Another season has rolled by and the site's back alive ... at least for a moment. I did a big cleanup and moved all predictions and rankings from last season over to the "Archive"-section of my page. I found a lot of old AML/Euro/UL predictions from my harddrive too, but I had a hard time pinpointing their posting times, so I decided not to put them up. Tell me if you notice any errors or oddities, as I didn't really concentrate that much on getting everything 100% right.
What has happened since last update...? Well, for one, StarFire Elite reached the AML finals. What an achievement. I ended up winning Premier Draft League, which I cleverly hosted and then got on Cloud's team to win. I'm completely overwhelmed by my achievement!
Enough with the bad jokes. As promised, I wrote a "after the preseason" squad rankings thing. You'll see it as the only real listed page in the menu to the left ... enjoy it, it'll probably be the last one for quite a while :( ... I'll close things with a log-byte, as always, thanks for reading ...

I didn't notice until I was about to start against Integral that I hadn't done my predictions, sorry about that. By the way, I took an easy 6:0 MVP against Integral! No, no, stop cheering, it's just the second I've got this season!

Round one was a blast and would you guess who grabbed a MVP? Ferrum must've been on a bad form, since ol' Maulie took a 5:2 over them, $! Basically it was shared, but an MVP neverthless! SO EASY! $$ ELITE!

(20.11.) Jee, I finally got around to arranging this page a little better. By clicking on the link "Archive", you can view last season's predictions... I wouldn't even imagine reading any of those, if I was you, but if someone wants to remember how he got owned last season... uhm, inform me if you run in to any errors...everything should work fine, but I didn't really have the nerve to double check on everything.
But now to more oppressing news... new predictions and a post-preseason (read: regular season round one) squad report done. Links to the left (<- left). The predictions are fairly short, since I pretty much unloaded my mind on the squad reports.

I was going to archieve all last season's predictions, but didn't have the time. I'll code 'em to work and link them from this site a little later today (if I got the time, that is). Don't know if anyone really wants to read LAST SEASON's predictions, but it's just elite to have a Archieve link on the menu, isn't it?
