Well, Warlords took an impressive 12-5 victory over BlitZed and magneticm was excellent as expected (1:0). Master got a noshow victory against Spies, so they're untested yet. Warlords struggeled in preseason, but beating BlitZed was a strong performance. I don't expect them to score a 5-0 this season, but they should be 2-0 after this round. Master's activity is still an unknown to me and I'd expect Warlords to take this one.

Fly-NDeath vs. ASWZ
Well, both these squads are 1-0. ASWZ took a 12-1 victory over Happy Mob and FND beat Alcoholism 12-6. Basically neither squad has been tested yet, but the first test is right here. Which of these'll be a 2-0 and which'll do a 1-1 after this round? My money's on Fly-NDeath, their roster is far too impressive to be challenged by a squad which AhmedF plays for...aliases are key and will earn you championships, but not this time, FND takes this one.

No Data vs. Integral
The word "ATM match" was made up by Senior years back and I get to use it again! Wohoo! Basically a squad that'll be a championship contender against a squad that'll score around 3-4 victories in a ten round season. Integral only showed three against Exodus, but Exodus granted a NTS (Rost, 3:2). Integral took a 12-2 victory, but only showing three can be a real problem, if that trend continues in this match, Integral might get simply plown out with a 12-0 score. The squad has 24 players on their roster, so I expect them to show up for real for this match. Still, No Data is full of seasoned veterans and this match won't be a close one. The 14 man squad has pilots who would be capable of playing Pro at top level.

This match will be close. The real difference here will be the 12-man-roster vs. empty roster, which'll give BUNNER the advance to round three with a 1-1 score.

Victimise vs. Heaven
The match-to-watch of round two. I feel greatly troubled when I predict against a squad that has a player named "ass gnome" on their roster, but I just have to do it anyway. Victimise has been very convincing this season, the 12-3 victory over BUNNER took their winning streak to five matches. Heaven took a 12-6 victory over Llamasery and their winning streak is...five matches. So two squads with a 5-0 preseason+regular season stats facing each other here. Both squads have past MVPs spread out to various pilots, so depth won't be a problem for either squad. This comes all down to who's better at captaining his squad with elite subs and targetting. I say Vorbass has the edge over Zorro in this department. Will be close though.

Blasphemy vs. -BlitZed-
Blasphemy lost 7-10 to Mutiny and BlitZed lost 5-12 to Warlords. Nalin has returned to Blasphemy's roster and he'll be eligible for this round, this strenghtens the squad's roster quite a bit as they can now field a good starting lineup. BlitZed, 3-1 in preseason and then a loss to Warlords, I suppose Blasphemy'll be too strong for them in this match, but the squad has shown some potential and they'll get their share of victories this season.

Happy Mob vs. Old Germany
Well, two new league squads face off here. Old Germany has made a very, very interesting recruitement in recruiting Phog, one of the very old-school players left in today's game...quite frankly, I haven't seen him in years, but neverthless, a very interesting pickup and he might turn OG's season around. He won't be eligible in this round though, so Happy Mob has an edge with their stronger SVS activity. Expect a whole lot of kills in a fairly short match.

Tweaked vs. Birds of Prey
Well, a good match here. Birds of Prey had their match last week postponed, Tweaked grabbed a 12-6 victory over Wretcheds. The league staff's bias is clearly seen here, as Birds of Prey have been put forward to face a 1-0 squad and OG against a 0-1 squad...or is it bias, god, I don't know. Uhm, so Tweaked vs. Birds of Prey. A good match. Well, having Super.Fly, Bad-News and ZDeathX on your roster should give you some victories and Birds of Prey really have only Dezacrator and Dagger who can match their caliber. Therefore, Tweaked with the victory and 2-0.

Epik vs. Dissent
Epik took a 12-0 victory over the three man SilverArrows, Dissent had their match postponed. Dissent had a 3-1 preseason whereas Epik was 2-2. The two squads don't look that different, do they...? Well, show up to spectate this match and see the difference. Dissent is clearly the stronger squad here and with their extreme starting lineup, they can pick Epik completely apart in the first 20 minutes. Epik is looking at a potentially good season with their solid roster, but expecting them to beat Dissent would be expecting too much. Ham has been strong so far for Epik, expect him to play a good match.

Alcoholism vs. Abnocto Pestis
This all comes down to the 23-man-roster vs. 5-man-roster clause. Of course, aliasing would always be key, but I just don't...Abnocto Pestis, can anyone be playing seriously with a squadname like that? It could always be ONE coming back, eh...?

Wretcheds vs. Ferrum
Wretcheds and Ferrum, huh? Challenging Tweaked and losing 6-12 does give Wretcheds some credit and the fact that Ferrumnewbs let the newbie Mauler get an MVP against them does bring up some questions. Well, I suppose Ferrum's loss could be just a little slip up, and in fact, I expect it to be. They should win in this match, or their credibility will drop hugely.

After a INC, shouldn't there be a dot? Uhh, I mean, shouldn't there? It's a shortening. Basically I'd expect that there would be one, because that's what I was what my teacher said back at school...or did (s)he? I don't really recall, should there be a dot or not? Can anyone answer this suppressing question? I need an answer, no dot or yes dot? I mean, Inc, Incorporated, it's a damn shortening. In SubSpace it might look lame to have Liquid Inc. as your squadname and Liquid Inc does look slightly better, but shouldn't there be a dot? I mean, c'mon, it's not like we're having a spelling contest here, but I hate miplseled words like hell, it bothers me, please add a dot to the end of your squad's name Sabre, there's no reason not to add one, I mean, it doesn't destroy your credibility or anything. C'mon, add the dot, please. What's that? Exodus? GIve a NTS and lose, that makes you look like BoP.

Llamasery vs. SilverArrows
Llamasery lost 6-12 to Heaven in a good match last week. SilverArrows are still in the middle of building their squad, so you shouldn't expect too much of the squad just yet. Llamasery's league experience will win this match. This match is a kind of a tribute to everyone who has ever got their nuts hit by a baseball.
